Auto Take Profit
Auto is a function that, after each subsequent averaging, automatically moves the Take Profit order to the previous buy level (for long trades) or the previous sell level (for short trades).
Auto Take Profit is enabled with the auto switch in the Smart Trade settings. The function becomes available when there is at least one averaging order in the trade.
A deviation percentage field is located next to the auto switch. The value can be positive or negative; the default value is 0%.
Deviation examples
1% (positive value); after each subsequent averaging, the system automatically moves Take Profit 1% above the price of the previous averaging;
-0.5% (negative value); after each subsequent averaging, the system automatically moves Take Profit 0.5% below the price of the previous averaging;
0% (default value); after each subsequent averaging, the system automatically moves Take Profit to exactly the same price level as the previous averaging.
Auto Take Profit is unavailable if:
there are no averaging orders in the Smart Trade;
Take Profit Trailing is enabled;
for a long trade, the averaging order is placed above previous filled buy orders;
for a short trade, the averaging order is placed below previous filled sell orders.
Auto Take Profit example
Auto Take Profit (0%) moves Take Profit to the level of the previous averaging.
With Auto Take Profit (0%) enabled, each time a new averaging order is executed, the existing Take Profit targets are canceled and a new combined Take Profit is placed at the entry price of the previous averaging order.
The first buy is executed at 89,484.78 USDT for 0.00556 BTC. The system places two limit Take Profit orders to sell at 95,000 and 96,000 USDT.
The second buy is executed at 88,000 USDT for 0.008 BTC. The total bought volume becomes 0.01356 BTC. The current Take Profit orders are cancelled and one combined Take Profit is set at 89,484.78 USDT β the price of the previous buy (previous averaging).
The third buy is executed at 87,000 USDT for 0.009 BTC. The total bought volume becomes 0.02256 BTC. Take Profit is moved to 88,000 USDT β the price of the previous averaging.
